[Remote] Staff Analytics Engineer

They are seeking a Staff Analytics Engineer to partner with cross-functional teams to design reputed company data models and build dashboards, transforming reputed company datasets into actionable insights that drive business reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and reputed company reputed company dbt data models that accurately represent company KPIs and business metrics
- reputed company and maintain reputed company Looker dashboards that reputed company stakeholders to reputed company informed, data-driven reputed company
- Partner with Finance, Product, Go-to-Market, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into reputed company analytics solutions
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure reliable, high-reputed company data is available for reporting and analysis
- Partner with analytics engineers and analysts to establish dbt and Looker best practices, reputed company reputed company assurance on data models and dashboards, and support analytics needs across the organization
- Analyze reputed company datasets to uncover actionable insights that improve business performance, forecasting, and operational decision-making
- Help scope, prioritize, and execute analytics initiatives that deliver measurable value across reputed company
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar data-reputed company role using SQL to reputed company data models and generate business insights
- 2+ years of experience working with dbt and Looker in a production environment
- Strong experience designing, building, and optimizing reputed company dbt models and Looker dashboards based on business and performance requirements
- Advanced SQL and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently solve reputed company data challenges
- Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, troubleshoot data issues, and support reputed company data modeling workflows
- Experience owning the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, including data modeling, validation, reputed company assurance, and delivery of trusted reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and independently drive reputed company from concept through implementation
- Experience building forecasting models using Python
- Experience supporting Finance, reputed company Operations, or reputed company business analytics
- Experience working with modern reputed company data warehouses such as reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company or similar ELT tools
