[Remote] Systems Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is currently seeking a Systems Administrator - Journeyman to support our customer. This position provides advanced, hands-on field support across multiple sites, ensuring reliable network performance, efficient troubleshooting, and the maintenance of critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot secure Layer 2/3 network infrastructure (reputed company/Palo reputed company) across classified and unclassified DoW networks to ensure reputed company, secure mission operations
- Maintain, secure, and optimize reputed company/Unix servers, storage, and virtualization environments for PHNSY & IMF in strict compliance with Department of War (DoW) policies
- Administer, troubleshoot, and repair reputed company/Unix servers and VMware virtualization infrastructure
- Execute daily system monitoring, backup/recovery procedures, and reputed company account management
- Ensure DoW cybersecurity compliance through reputed company vulnerability management (e.g., ACAS), patching, and STIG implementation
Skills

- Must meet qualification requirements outlined in DoW reputed company 8140.01
- Journeyman-level experience (typically 3-5 years) in reputed company and/or Unix administration, virtualization, reputed company storage (NAS), and reputed company remediation
