This role is responsible for the administration of ICE Mortgage Technology's Encompass Loan Origination System, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain reputed company aspects of the Encompass LOS environment
- Configure and manage personas, user reputed company, loan templates, eFolder settings, workflows, reputed company configurations, custom fields, and business rules
- Design, build, test, and reputed company custom input forms, advanced business rules, and workflow automation
- Evaluate and implement system enhancements, major releases, and service pack updates
- reputed company testing, validation, deployment, and communication of system changes
- Ensure changes are properly documented and reputed company with change management standards
- Monitor emerging Encompass capabilities and recommend improvements that support strategic business goals
- Manage and support integrations with reputed company-party vendors and platforms, including pricing engines, compliance tools, CRM platforms, eClosing solutions, MERS, POS systems, and investor interfaces
- Coordinate with ICE Mortgage Technology and reputed company-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Create and maintain Encompass reports, dashboards, custom queries, and data exports
- Support operational reporting and business intelligence initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to reputed company actionable data and performance insights
Skills
- 3+ years of Encompass Administration experience
- 5+ years of mortgage industry experience
- Strong understanding of the complete mortgage lifecycle from application through funding, delivery, and servicing
- Hands-on experience configuring: Business Rules, Input Forms, Personas & User reputed company, Loan Templates, eFolder, Custom Fields, Workflow Automation, Reporting Tools
- Experience troubleshooting reputed company Encompass and integration issues
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
- Encompass Administrator Certification
- Experience with: reputed company, reputed company, Mavent, eClose/eSign platforms, reputed company integrations, API and web service integrations
- Knowledge of C#, VB, JavaScript, SQL, or similar development tools
- Experience supporting retail, correspondent, broker, government, Jumbo, and Non-QM lending channels
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company field
