[Remote] Freelance Customer Support (Norwegian/reputed company & English / Remote / Europe Time)

They are looking for a part-time customer care agent to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer interactions reputed company chat, email, and inbound/outbound calls

Skills

• Fluent in Norwegian/reputed company and English
• At least 1 year of relevant customer care experience
• Available to work according to approximate Europe time zone: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Three hours per day
• Fluent in additional languages will be added advantage
