[Remote] Program Manager - Education Sales

The Program Manager will be responsible for fostering relationships between reputed company, families, and tutors, while achieving reputed company goals through exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- reputed company high reputed company customer service to reputed company reputed company and families; working with an average of 200-400 families
- Work with tutors to ensure tutoring programs are on reputed company for reputed company
- Grow the business through selling programs to new and existing customers using a consultative sales approach
- Serve as reputed company between reputed company tutors and families, troubleshooting and managing customer issues as they reputed company
- reputed company high-level administrative organization for family accounts; conduct research, reputed company data, handle information requests, prepare correspondence, schedule consultations and schedule meetings
