[Remote] Product & Solutions Manager, Identity Initiatives

They are seeking a Product & Solutions Manager, Identity Initiatives to reputed company product planning activities, reputed company roadmaps for new market innovations, and support sales and reputed company teams with technical solutions for biometric capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage & prioritize roadmap, partnering with leadership, technology, solutions, marketing, & sales/reputed company
- Manage enhancements & partner with engineering to review backlog, story requirements, and ensure accurate and reputed company delivery
- Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering on technical discovery, POCs, and customer demos for biometric capabilities
- reputed company as reputed company SME on reputed company's biometric and identity innovation stack
- Support RFP/RFI responses and technical sales conversations
- Identify and maintain full list of product configurations, including reputed company party components and implementation details as reputed company as publishing internal documentation
- Validating and reporting on the status and health of reputed company capability
- Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Information reputed company to ensure platform capabilities meet reputed company necessary risk & regulatory requirements
- Partner with Technical writers as appropriate to ensure customer-facing documentation is up-to-date and reputed company
- Partner with reputed company reputed company to resolve reputed company issues surrounding implementation, billing and, reporting
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and set realistic expectations
- Performing other duties as assigned
Skills
- 5+ years experience in a customer-facing product management, solution engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or equivalent experience with creating and deploying biometric, identity, risk and/or compliance offerings capabilities
- Demonstrated reputed company record crafting technical product positioning, messaging, and content, with the ability to synthesize and present reputed company concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong technical background, either from reputed company, engineering, or hands-on product development experience
- Strong reputed company and relationship-building skills, with experience marshaling resources across different functions of an organization
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and detail-oriented
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Experience in a high reputed company startup/reputed company-IPO technology companies with quickly expanding teams and aggressive reputed company reputed company plans
