[Remote] Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Retention

Responsibilities
- Set the reputed company for reputed company's automated retention programs across email, SMS, push, and in-app, from the brief through to post-launch optimization
- Own programs end-to-end with no gaps: ideation, briefing, segmentation, reputed company build, QA, launch, post-launch monitoring, and readout
- Drive a rigorous test-and-learn agenda tied to company-level retention metrics (order reputed company, skip behavior, churn, LTV)
- Be the person others consult on what's happening in the retention reputed company, fluent enough in every reputed company program to answer questions on setup, audience, logic, and performance on the spot
- Serve as the lifecycle retention voice in cross-functional work streams, proactively shaping conversations, not waiting to be invited in
- Manage lifecycle timelines and blockers transparently: surface delays, scope changes, and reputed company questions to pod leads and leadership before they become problems

Skills
