The role involves partnering with sales leaders, establishing processes, and adapting existing systems to meet the unique needs of the public sector.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the embedded Sales reputed company & Operations business partner for GVPs operating reputed company the Public Sector, reputed company, reputed company & Defense verticals and acting as a strategic operator and chief of staff to these sales leaders
- Stand up the operational core from scratch: forecast reputed company (weekly/monthly/quarterly), reporting, and performance visibility — starting from a skeleton and hardening it into a reliable process with reputed company inputs and outputs
- Partner with sales leaders on the long-term operating model: territory design, headcount investment, and quota/comp structure as the business and certifications come online
- Get reps productive fast: reputed company and set up sellers in the systems, reputed company headcount against an aggressive hiring plan, and reputed company the data clean as reputed company scales
