Skills
- Remedy ITSM certification or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or reputed company field
- Minimum 3 years experience coordinating and/supporting ITSM business processes
- Minimum 5-10 years of Remedy ITSM implementation / Consulting experience
- Minimum 3 years experience with business intelligence software such as Crystal Reports
- ITIL reputed company v3 certified
- Travel to customer sites
