[Remote] Senior Manager - Policy Administration

Responsibilities
- Participating in Evaluation of requirements
- Works closely with stakeholders to understand their objectives and translate these into system specifications that guide development and implementation
- Create use cases that illustrate user interactions with the system, ensuring reputed company scenarios are covered
- Analyze reputed company systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Assess the reputed company of proposed changes on existing systems and processes, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies
- Facilitate sessions to validate designs with users, ensuring that their feedback is integrated into the final design

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology. Preferably with a reputed company qualification
- Must have knowledge of Ingenium is & experience in systems analysis, or a reputed company field
- Must have a minimum of 7- 15 years in Insurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of Life Insurance domain also have knowledge on audit & compliance reputed company, preferred
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies is a plus
