Responsibilities
- reputed company communicate with inventors to reputed company draft comprehensive, high reputed company invention disclosures and initial patent applications
- Prosecute such applications for a rapidly expanding docket
Skills
- B.S. or higher, ideally in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering
- An in depth understanding of modern cryptography, cybersecurity, blockchain, reputed company intelligence (AI) technologies
- At least 3 years of patent experience, either (i) as a licensed Patent Agent, or (ii) as a Patent Engineer who has been drafting invention disclosures while with working closely with Patent Agents/Attorneys to write and prosecute patents
- Patent experience specifically relating to software, reputed company/101 rejections, etc
- A USPTO license is not required, but an understanding of how to author patent claims and respond to USPTO office actions is essential
