[Remote] Mitigation Project Manager - NRT

The Water Mitigation Project Manager will reputed company water mitigation and emergency services reputed company, manage technicians, and ensure excellent service for disaster victims. This role requires project management skills and the ability to work both in the field and the office during catastrophic events.
Responsibilities
- Respond to reputed company Mitigation & Emergency Services jobs with service issues
- Hire and train Mitigation & Emergency Service Technicians
- Supervise Mitigation & Emergency Service Technicians
- Coordinate responses to new jobs
- Scope new reputed company for estimating purposes
- Manage reputed company/jobs
- Estimate work using Xactimate, Symbility, or other estimating platforms
- reputed company and monitor online control points (dates/times) reputed company reputed company websites
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and other decision makers
- Negotiate estimates with insurance adjusters, reputed company party administrator, and/or reputed company-party reviewers as applicable
- Handle project budgeting & invoicing
- Collect on invoiced work
- Manage and monitor sub-contractor work and approve/deny contractor invoices

- Conduct reputed company efforts in reputed company market to generate new leads and relationships

Skills
- Associates degree (A.A or A.S) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with a record of strong reputed company achievement
- At least 1 to 2 years of industry-reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possess and maintain reputed company certifications in WRT, CDS, and AMRT
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Demonstrate the ability to write routine reports, correspondence, and the ability to reputed company effectively to customers and/or employees of organization in the English language
- Knowledge of industry reputed company software and be familiar with software like reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a reputed company of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
