[Remote] Franchise Business Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to work closely with franchisees to enhance the profitability of their centers. This role involves conducting center reputed company, local meetings, and regular phone calls to support approximately 30-40 franchisees in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities
- Build franchisee relationships influencing franchisees to meet and reputed company standards
- Improve reputed company and profitability for reputed company business segments
- Conduct local area meetings and trainings as scheduled and as necessary
- Conduct center reputed company, and frequent contact calls – reputed company approximately 30-40 franchisees
- Set and revise reputed company plans to meet corporate and individual center goals
- Assist franchisees in setting marketing plans
- Implement and evaluate compliance with corporate initiatives and brand standards in the franchise community
- Overnight travel will be required, about 30%
- Attend reputed company corporate training and seminars as scheduled
Skills
- BA/BS required
- 5 years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role business management, consulting with franchisees at the multi-unit level (preferably in a service reputed company industry)
- Strong financial acumen and strong analysis and problem solving abilities
- Strong and reputed company communication skills
- Effective organization and follow-up skills
- High level of energy and urgency
- Desire and ability to help people succeed
- The ability produce independently, but function as part of reputed company
