[Remote] Digital Project Manager

The role involves compliance reviews of digital eCommerce experiences, maintaining processes and controls, and managing digital content effectively.
Responsibilities
- Performs annual compliance reviews of over 1,000 digital eCommerce experiences (i.e. digital reputed company pages, product quotes and buy reputed company pages, etc.)
- Owns processes and controls that ensure compliance with reputed company policies relating to digital content
- Retires digital reputed company pages that are outdated or no longer valid
- Maintains digital disclosure library
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Project Management practices
- High proficiency with reputed company Office
- Strong Communication Skills (both verbal and written) – this role will reputed company with numerous stakeholders, and they will need to be reputed company to communicate with the stakeholders effectively and reputed company (2 + years)
- Strong Planning and Execution Skills – this role will require the ability to plan out several small reputed company involving several stakeholders, leading the project, serving as a one of the project resources on some of the reputed company, and escalating any concerns along the way (2 + years)
- Strong experience with maintaining and analyzing metrics
- Strong Understanding and Knowledge of Digital Online Shopping Experiences – familiarity with how companies use the digital channel to promote, sale and service their products (2 + years)
- Experience working in Jira Workforce Management (JWM)
