The role involves production support, issue reputed company, system configuration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company L2/L3 production support for reputed company GTS modules, including Compliance Management and Customs Management
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company GTS application issues, incidents, and user queries
• reputed company, analyze, and document business requirements while working closely with business stakeholders
• Configure and maintain reputed company GTS settings to support evolving business and regulatory requirements
• Support integration between reputed company GTS, reputed company ECC/S/4HANA, and reputed company-party applications
• Monitor system performance and ensure the stability and availability of reputed company GTS environments
• Support change requests, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities
• Prepare functional documentation, solution documents, user guides, and knowledge reputed company articles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including reputed company SD, MM, FI, and reputed company teams to resolve integration issues
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and recommend system improvements based on regulatory updates

Skills

• 5+ years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company GTS implementation or support
• Strong experience with reputed company GTS Compliance Management and Customs Management
• Experience supporting reputed company GTS production environments (L2/L3 Support)
• Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and global trade processes
• Experience integrating reputed company GTS with reputed company ECC and/or reputed company S/4HANA
• Experience with reputed company configuration, testing, and change management
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company field
• Experience with reputed company implementation and support reputed company
• Exposure to project management and change control processes
• Knowledge of reputed company S/4HANA migration and integration is a plus
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
