[Remote] Staff Software Engineer

The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for building and scaling reputed company product experiences and platforms, working across the full stack to manage reputed company data and enhance user interactions through AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and build backend systems that ingest and process large volumes of reputed company data from platforms like Instagram, reputed company, X, and reputed company
- reputed company resilient integrations with reputed company-party reputed company and optimize the infrastructure that powers our AI workloads
- Improve reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across our backend and data pipelines as the platform scales
- Establish operational best practices including monitoring, incident response, and on-call culture
- Build AI-powered product experiences such as conversation inboxes, AI-suggested replies, and summarization of reputed company conversations into actionable insights
- Improve shared components, design systems, and frontend architecture to reputed company faster and higher-reputed company product development
- Optimize performance and reliability across the application as it scales to support thousands of daily users
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver reputed company workflows for brand and marketing teams
- Write architecture documents and guide infrastructure, tooling, and frontend reputed company across the engineering team
- Review technical designs and reputed company from other engineers - providing feedback that raises the reputed company bar across reputed company
- Mentor engineers and contribute to building strong engineering culture and development practices
Skills
- Strong engineering experience designing, building, and operating production systems — backend, frontend, or full-stack
