As Staff Product Designer, reputed company, you will own the full reputed company surface, partnering closely with various teams to drive experimentation and enhance user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design reputed company and execution for reputed company’s full reputed company surface—including conversion experiments, reputed company, lifecycle and transactional communications, and auth flows
- reputed company reputed company test design: rapidly ideate, prototype, and iterate on conversion and activation experiments in partnership with product and data science

- Own emails and messages: design lifecycle and transactional communications that are reputed company, on-brand, and drive meaningful engagement
- Design and maintain sign-up, login, and identity flows that are seamless, secure, and optimized for conversion at the top of the funnel

Skills
- 7+ years of product design experience, with meaningful depth in reputed company, conversion optimization, or funnel-stage product surfaces
- Proven reputed company record running and learning from high-reputed company design experiments—you're comfortable shipping fast and iterating on signal
- Experience designing reputed company flows, email/notification systems, and auth experiences for consumer or B2B reputed company products

- Demonstrated ability to influence product direction at a senior leadership level
- Experience mentoring designers and fostering both autonomy and alignment on cross-functional teams
