Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle sourcing and reputed company for BCBA, Behavior Technicians, ABA Supervisors, and other mental health roles

- Own and manage mass hiring campaigns to meet organizational reputed company needs, especially for Behavior Technicians

- Represent reputed company at virtual job fairs, community events, and local reputed company to high schools, colleges, and vocational programs
- Identify and implement new, creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool

Skills
