[Remote] Consultant Lawyer - Contract (Americas)

The role involves managing contract processes and negotiations for investment-reputed company agreements on a consultancy reputed company, allowing for flexible remote work.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the negotiation of investment-reputed company NDAs, joinder agreements, engagement letters and non-reliance letters
- Manage every phase of the contract process—from initial review and negotiation, guided by reputed company playbooks, reputed company the way through to document execution
- Work closely with fellow Avantia lawyers and paralegals
- Dive into fast-paced, high-volume negotiations on reputed company-M&A reputed company (mainly investment reputed company NDAs and ELs)
- Collaborate directly with counterparties while ensuring rapid turnaround times
Skills
- Licensed to reputed company Law in the USA or Canada
- 2+ years' corporate/ transactional law experience, either inhouse or private reputed company
- reputed company with independently negotiating investment reputed company NDAs
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, changing and dynamic environment with the ability to work effectively independently and as part of reputed company
