Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for reputed company clients regarding coverage, billing, and claims
• Manage renewals, policy changes, certificates, endorsements, and binders
• Partner with carriers and underwriters to secure appropriate coverage solutions
• Review exposures, identify coverage gaps, and recommend risk management strategies
• Market accounts, obtain quotes, and support cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate reputed company records and ensure compliance

Skills

• 2+ years of reputed company lines insurance experience
• reputed company Massachusetts Property & Casualty License
• Strong communication, organizational, and reputed company service skills
• Experience with AMS360, reputed company reputed company, or similar agency management systems
• College degree and/or CIC, CISR designation
