[Remote] Senior Director, Member Experience & Products (Transformational Design)

This role involves collaboration across various disciplines to support the transformation of the loyalty program, focusing on member benefits and technology enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assessing reputed company for reputed company benefits and reputed company status earning reputed company – including working with partners to model cost and impacts to customer sentiment, helping reputed company the organization on one reputed company reputed company
- Partner closely with reputed company member experience and product team, Ambassador, Redemption, and Operations teams as reputed company as cobrand to understand reputed company program strengths and opportunities – with a goal to reputed company any consumer shortcomings or competitive weaknesses

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrating reputed company career reputed company and a reputed company of exceptional performance
- 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or reputed company major
- Experience managing and defining transformational strategies for business reputed company
- Experience acting as a reputed company communicating business requirements to technology teams and overseeing development and delivery of loyalty products and features
- Experience using data, research and industry trends to reputed company strategies to drive customer value
- MBA
- Loyalty program experience, e.g. airline, hospitality, cobrand credit cards, retail and/or improving customer experiences
- Experience leading others both directly and indirectly
