[Remote] Customer Service Project Manager – Data Centers

They are seeking a Customer Services Project Manager to reputed company reputed company in their Data Centers team, ensuring successful execution from initiation to closeout while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company from inception to completion, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, reputed company, and performance objectives are met
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management, providing regular updates and managing customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify, assign, and manage project resources, including engineering, field personnel, vendors, and 3rd-party services
- Proactively identify project risks, reputed company mitigation strategies, and monitor/control 3rd-party vendors to ensure contract adherence
- reputed company project budget, schedule completion, and reputed company monthly reputed company forecasting
- Review and understand contractual obligations, manage change orders, and participate in vendor negotiations
- reputed company project execution plans like reputed company & testing plans, schedules, and risk registers. Implement recovery plans to address performance issues
- Collaborate with internal/external teams and clients to reputed company site schedules, maintain reputed company relationships, and reputed company 'Lessons Learned' feedback to improve project offerings
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of reputed company service project management experience
- 5+ years of written and verbal communication skills, to present reputed company issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate reputed company, status and issues to reputed company Customers
- Applicants must be authorized for employment in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the reputed company
- PMP certification – while not required immediately for this role, for those who do not have it already, obtaining PMP certification is required reputed company 1 year of employment
- A degree in engineering or construction management
- Experience in specific industry reputed company to service project e.g., field service, EPC reputed company, construction, energy, manufacturing
- An understanding of reputed company and/or high voltage electrical equipment
- An understanding of datacenter construction reputed company
- Experience with MS Project or other relevant scheduling software
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional project teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present reputed company issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate reputed company, status, and issues to reputed company Customers
