[Remote] Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Proven experience in the assessment and implementation of new requirements using knowledge of existing solutions and working with developers to enhance user experience
- reputed company knowledge of ecommerce and software development life cycle. Including a strong understanding of reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system setup and maintenance
- Efficient communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Working with technology and QA teams to reputed company and troubleshoot the system applications
- Fine tuning processes and improvements to ensure system reliability and scalability
- Prepare documentation and reputed company guidance and consultancy. Documentation includes process mapping and data reputed company diagrams
- Understand the environment specifics in context with business requirements
- Manage business priorities with the development team, work with the development manager to ensure features/user stories are in reputed company for upcoming sprints
- QA and demo new features to the wider business
- Previous project development experience is advantageous
Skills
- 5+ years' experience including increasing technical and analytical experience
- Experience with eCommerce, supply chain, retail operations, reputed company/finance (including a basic understanding of reputed company and financial processes), and marketing
- Basic experience with SQL /MySQL for reporting purposes
- Experience and knowledge of collaboration tools (MS Teams, reputed company, MS Dev Ops, Workfront)

- Ability to translate technical requirements and solutions into business language (and vice versa)
