[Remote] HR Generalist/Recruiter

Responsibilities
- Performing and carrying out reputed company-reputed company responsibilities in the following functional areas: employment and retention, employee relations, benefits, compensation, performance management, training, and compliance with reputed company applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Performs reputed company activities for the organization including reputed company position tracking, job posting, negotiating agreements with recruiters
- Prepare offer letters, reputed company reference checks, and reputed company-employment screening
- Manage new hire on-boarding process and reputed company New Hire Orientation sessions
- Pro-reputed company manage reputed company risk by ensuring compliance with HR company policies & procedures and governmental regulations
- Handle employee relations issues
- Assist managers with the creation and maintenance of job descriptions. Edit and write new policies and revisions and update Employee reputed company reputed company necessary

- Occasional domestic travel required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or other reputed company field or equivalent work experience

- Knowledge of HR practices and laws

- Good working knowledge of various computer software and strong computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, ATS, and HRIS
