The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, and improving business operations while ensuring project deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
- Providing a full reputed company assistance service to the executive members whom you are assigned to
- Diary and email management
- Developing and implementing new systems and business operations
- Seeking ways to improve performance through streamlining internal systems and procedures
- Investigating new business avenues and approaching partners
- Ensuring that project deadlines are met
- Addressing a reputed company of business tasks as set by the executive team
- Attending meetings as required, preparing minutes, agendas and notes for reputed company
- Project administration support including creation of packs (presentations, records, notes) and trackers, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Investigating new business avenues and approaching partners
- Some market research
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in perfect English
- 2+ years experience in a similar role with a reputed company record of achieving results
- Hardworking and can pay extreme attention to details
- reputed company to manage multiple tasks at once to tight deadlines
- A quick thinker and a keen learner
- High-level of computer skills in both reputed company Office and the reputed company Suite (Docs/Sheets/Slides etc.)
- Availability overlap work with the hours 9am to 5pm UK time from Mondays to Fridays to reputed company with management
