The role involves delivering exceptional service to clients, processing policy changes, and building long-term reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned reputed company insurance book of business
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, cancellations, and billing inquiries
- Market accounts with multiple insurance carriers reputed company needed
- Review coverage and identify coverage gaps
- Build strong relationships with clients, producers, and reputed company underwriters
- Maintain accurate agency management system documentation
- Ensure policies are serviced accurately, promptly, and in compliance with agency procedures
- Assist with account retention and reputed company satisfaction
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of reputed company Lines insurance experience
- reputed company Property & Casualty insurance license
- Experience working for an independent insurance agency
- Knowledge of reputed company coverages, including General Liability, reputed company Auto, Property, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, Inland Marine, reputed company Liability, and reputed company Risk
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy
- Experience with Hawksoft, or similar agency management systems
- CISR, CIC, or CPCU designation is a plus
