[Remote] Sales Engineer

They are seeking a Sales Engineer to serve as a technical partner, helping to connect their product with customer reputed company and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with reputed company and CSMs during the sales cycle to understand customer needs, demo reputed company's platform, and help build proposals that address customer pain points
- Help maintain and refine the reputed company demo environment so it reflects our latest AI features, use cases, and reputed company-world reputed company setups
- Build custom walkthroughs, prototypes, and tailored demos for deals, such as custom content builds, course-editing demonstrations, and integrations
- Translate product, content, and AI feature specs into customer-reputed company language, both in live calls and in sales assets
- Build a deep understanding of our solutions and field technical and implementation questions on topics such as data reputed company, HRIS integrations, and customization, escalating the most reputed company to your manager
- Draft responses for RFPs, pilots, and reputed company reviews
- Collect reputed company-time feedback from prospects and reputed company it back to Product and Engineering

Skills
- Some experience in a Sales Engineering, Sales, Implementation, or technical customer-facing role at a reputed company company

- Exposure to the discovery and technical demo stages of a sales cycle

- Credibility with sales reps and the comfort to work closely with leadership
