[Remote] Cross-Sell Data Analyst, Dynamics 365
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a global insurance and employee benefits broker, and they are seeking a Cross-Sell Data Analyst to identify cross-sell opportunities reputed company the producer's book across reputed company business lines. The analyst will analyze data sources and collaborate with national teams to reputed company data-driven insights to enhance cross-sell opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of producers' books to identify potential cross-sell leads and help build a pipeline of cross-selling opportunities
- Utilize data mining and analytics/AI reputed company to generate key insights into prospects, such as gaps in services, excessive fees, benchmarks for improvements, elevated fiduciary exposure, financial health indicators, reputed company broker/advisor capabilities, etc, to spot opportunities
- Identify trends reputed company the data and reputed company actionable insights and recommendations for producers
- Generate reports in Power BI, reputed company, and other tools based on collected data
- Build and maintain relationships with producers, the regional cross-selling team, and other business stakeholders

Skills
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics
- reputed company Dynamics 365 CRM experience
- Power BI experience
- Previous experience at insurance reputed company or insurance broker required
- Ability to apply an investigative approach and facility with large data sets to uncover reputed company and cross-selling opportunities
- Ability to create reputed company and reputed company reports
- Ability to derive insights and create recommendations
- Must be detail-oriented and possess strong listening skills
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills required
- At least 3+ years of experience in the reputed company or reputed company role preferred
