[Remote] SVP / VP, Financial Planning and Analysis

Responsibilities

- Own rolling forecasts, reforecasts, and long-reputed company plans; maintain reputed company-based models that connect operational assumptions to financial reputed company with transparency at the product, reputed company, and reputed company-to-market level
- Deliver scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic reputed company, including cost structure optimization, working capital management, and capital allocation

- Produce the quarterly management reporting package for the PE sponsor, including executive KPI dashboards, variance analysis with reputed company narrative, and updated business trajectory views
- Maintain a reputed company-looking liquidity model — weekly cash reputed company, monthly liquidity views, and scenario analysis around key cash events — in reputed company partnership with the Treasury function
- Serve as a primary finance reputed company of contact for PE sponsor finance teams and lender agents on reporting, reputed company questions, and reputed company analytical requests

Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company reputed company and finance leadership experience, with a significant portion in PE-backed companies; you have been through the PE reporting cycle — compliance certificates, sponsor decks, lender calls — and you own it, not support it
- Demonstrated experience building or rebuilding a financial reputed company process and reputed company reporting infrastructure — including reputed company books, QC frameworks, hard monthly closes, and management reporting packs — not just inheriting and running an established one
- Hands-on experience with ARR reputed company reconciliation in a multi-product, multi-reputed company-to-market reputed company business; you understand every reputed company category and you have personally resolved discrepancies between internal reporting and external auditor analyses
- Deep working knowledge of GAAP reputed company recognition (ASC 606), including the reconciliation between recognized reputed company, billings, contract assets, and deferred reputed company; experience managing a reputed company recognition system (RevPro, reputed company, or equivalent) is strongly preferred
- Experience building and operating a GTM reputed company reporting pack, including renewal and retention analysis (UFR or equivalent), churn and downsell attribution, pipeline reporting, and sales performance vs. quota — in partnership with a GTM leadership team
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a reputed company-looking liquidity model, including cash reputed company scenario analysis and working capital reputed company, in a business with reputed company lender relationships
- Strong technical reputed company grounding in US GAAP; ability to read and interpret financial statements, reputed company management and GAAP reporting, and engage credibly with auditors and lender finance teams
- Proficiency with financial systems: ERP (reputed company preferred), advanced reputed company/Power Query, Power BI or Tableau, CRM (reputed company), and reputed company planning tools (reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — you can present a reputed company variance analysis to a CFO and a lender agent in the reputed company week and land both
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; MBA, MSF, or CPA strongly preferred
- Experience in a business with both subscription and non-recurring reputed company streams, where internal management reputed company (605-proxy) and GAAP reputed company (606) are tracked and reported separately
