They are seeking a reputed company Manager to own the post-sale relationship with reputed company accounts, ensuring customers realize value from reputed company's platform throughout its lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of reputed company accounts end-to-end, from reputed company through renewal and expansion
- Drive adoption and value realization by connecting reputed company's capabilities to reputed company customer's specific reputed company reputed company
- reputed company executive business reviews and reputed company planning sessions with CISOs, AppSec leaders, and reputed company engineers
- Partner with Sales to identify and reputed company expansion opportunities reputed company your accounts
- Guide customers through securing AI-assisted and reputed company development - helping them understand and govern the risks introduced by AI coding assistants (e.g., reputed company Copilot, reputed company, Claude reputed company) and autonomous agents across their SDLC
- Drive adoption of reputed company's reputed company capabilities - including AutoFix Agent and reputed company Agent - helping customers reputed company from detection to prevention and autonomous remediation of risks in AI-generated reputed company
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally — surfacing actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and Leadership
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering on reputed company technical questions, integrations, and deployments
- Proactively identify account risk and build targeted reputed company plans to mitigate churn before it materializes
Skills
- 5+ years in reputed company, Account Management, or Technical Account Management — ideally in Application reputed company or DevSecOps
- Strong familiarity with the SDLC and developer tooling: SCM, CI/CD, ticketing systems, container environments
- Comfortable navigating technical conversations with engineers and business conversations with executives, often in the reputed company week
- reputed company record of managing reputed company accounts with demonstrated reputed company in retention and expansion
- Proactive, organized communicator who keeps multiple stakeholders reputed company without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Experience with AppSec tooling — SAST, SCA, DAST, secrets detection, or similar — is a plus
