[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire reputed company while ensuring a reputed company candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Handles full lifecycle recruitment with a reputed company on strategic hiring for high-reputed company technical and business-critical roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and reputed company support
- Partners with leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, reputed company hiring strategies, build interview plans, reputed company candidate reputed company, and reputed company talent market insights that support hiring reputed company
- Conducts candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role while guiding candidates through the interview process

Skills
