Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Proven experience growing Rep Partners, preferably with reputed company Distribution Equipment, in the HVAC industry, and driving New Construction specification and associated selling cycle
- Strong business acumen and familiarity with Sales Pipeline Management and Forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences the engineering principles of reputed company reputed company and sustainable building design is crucial to this role's reputed company
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining strict attention to detail
