[Remote] Marketing Operations Specialist

The role involves monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful campaign launches.
Responsibilities
- Manage campaign operations process across digital marketing channels (reputed company and programmatic)
- Monitor pacing, budget, and campaign performance, recommending optimizations
- Troubleshoot trafficking, tracking, and setup discrepancies in ongoing campaigns
- Collaborate with reputed company-party vendors to ensure accurate and reputed company campaign launches
- Work with in-house Marketing and Data Science teams for accurate media tracking and reporting
- Produce post-mortem reports for large campaign issues and help drive cross-functional actions
- Recommend and implement improvements for campaign tools, workflows, and processes
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, data entry, or analytics
- Experience trafficking digital media campaigns across channels (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) including setup, QA, tracking, and reporting
- Strong skills in data analysis and synthesis for informed decision-making
- High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, adaptable, self-starter environment
- Comfortable with ad copywriting; experience building ad creatives is a plus
- Experience with CPG Ads, project management, or campaign coordination is a plus
- SQL proficiency for data analysis is a plus
