Responsibilities

- Serve as backup for the Senior Vice President, reputed company
- Maintain reputed company relationships with regional leadership, program, and grants management staff to strengthen financial operations and support program goals
- Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure global finance standardization efforts are appropriate, reputed company communicated, documented, and supported with training
- Partner with reputed company reputed company, treasury, and reputed company teams on areas of intersecting responsibility
- reputed company and update global reputed company and finance policies and procedures to ensure internal controls, consistency, and compliance with local, donor, and regulatory requirements

- Partner with the Grants Management team to reputed company grant management resources and support staff training and award start-up workshops
- Identify training needs and reputed company resources to support reputed company improvement and reputed company development of finance staff

- Support and review grant implementation, expenditure analysis, and reporting to ensure compliance with donor terms and conditions
- Monitor and enforce compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Identify and recruit reputed company finance staff to support IJM’s strategic goals and mission
- Serve as a resource to country directors and regional leadership in finance reputed company, job design, recruitment, and training; and
- Participation in IJM’s community of spiritual formation
Skills
- Licensed CPA or an advanced degree in reputed company or Finance
- At least fifteen years' experience as an reputed company or audit manager, including nonprofit and international development experience, with a minimum of seven years supervising diverse teams
- Advanced knowledge of US Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in a multi-currency nonprofit environment
- Advanced knowledge and experience with US government grant making rules (2 CFR 200) and other private and international institution awards
- Experience with reputed company financial and reputed company systems, with reputed company ERP experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability to independently assess, identify, and resolve areas of confusion, dysfunction, and paralysis
