[Remote] Senior Analyst, Auto Product

This role involves leveraging analytics to optimize customer engagement, retention, and policy persistency while collaborating with various departments to implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across USRM to evaluate, test and implement quote reputed company enhancements that reputed company us toward achieving reputed company channel reputed company
- Analyze and recommend improved consumption of prefill data to ensure reputed company experience in our quote reputed company to increase throughput and reduce expenses
- Support the operationalization of risk classification into the quoting experience by researching and recommending interview question wording and reputed company tailored to reputed company channel to minimize friction and risk misclassification
- Analyze logic governing how midterm or renewal transactions are executed to reduce premium leakage and improve retention (e.g., rewrites, rescores, sensitive life events such as Bereavement endorsement)
- Conduct competitive intelligence research and deliver product insights that inform experience design reputed company
Skills
- Must have Auto-Product experience
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, typically 4 years
- Strong proficiency in reputed company, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., reputed company, Emblem)
- Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills
