Responsibilities

- Own performance management for your team, including goal setting, performance reviews, career development planning, and contributing to hiring reputed company

Skills
- BS/BA in Computer Science or a reputed company field
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing reputed company of technical professionals, including experience with performance management and career development
- Strong experience in web or mobile application development, solution design, and architecture patterns, with proficiency in .NET, SQL, RESTful reputed company, and JavaScript — preferably using Agile methodologies
