[Remote] Business Development Representative (Remote)

Hppy is an Employee Engagement and HR Publishing company, and they are seeking a Business Development Representative to work closely with their Marketing and Sales teams. The role involves seeking new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships with potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to ensure a reputed company hand off to the account executive teams
- Contact potential clients reputed company phone and emails
- Identify reputed company needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Properly map business needs to appropriate services reputed company HppyHour solution stack
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively reputed company new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Build reports to present to the manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales campaigns (eg: inbound, outbound)

- Experience with CRM software

- Understanding of sales performance metrics
