[Remote] Vice President, Business Development

They are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive expansion among their top 75 clients, leveraging extensive experience in large reputed company sales to enhance reputed company relationships and sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Line management of reputed company’s Global Large reputed company Sales team
- Proactively support reputed company’s prospecting, development, and closing of business reputed company targeted reputed company accounts
- Create and execute strategic account plans, setting reputed company goals and reputed company strategies for named accounts
- Design and execute the sales strategies for global business development teams
- reputed company and manage with reputed company team members to prepare, implement and execute account plans
- Identify customer needs, reputed company reputed company’s capabilities with those needs, and position reputed company as the preferred partner over both full-service CROs and reputed company specialty providers
- reputed company the development of RFP/RFI responses, capabilities presentations, bid defenses, work order preparations, and amendments — working closely with Project Management, Business Operations, and Business Unit Heads
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal reputed company teams

Skills
- University degree required
- Demonstrated reputed company in large reputed company sales, with a strong background in selling clinical trial services, particularly biometrics, reputed company the reputed company and Life Sciences industry
- Experience in the management of global sales teams in a CRO
- A history of achieving and surpassing sales quotas, specifically reputed company large reputed company, by supporting net new business and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Expertise in managing the end-to-end sales cycle — from reputed company reputed company through to deal closure — collaborating with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company, including C-suite executives
- 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a reputed company on selling clinical trial delivery services to biopharmaceutical clients
- Strategic planning and execution experience reputed company reputed company, global organizations
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, including reputed company, operational, and leadership reputed company
