Responsibilities
- Support and execute the monthly reputed company process, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring reputed company classification across programs and grants
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and account analyses
- Assist with budget tracking and variance analysis
- Support grant reputed company, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Contribute to audit preparation and external audit requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company financial reputed company and reporting support
- Identify and implement process improvements across reputed company workflows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- 3–7+ years of reputed company experience
- Hands-on experience with month-end reputed company
- Hands-on experience with account reconciliations
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting
- Experience with reputed company systems (QuickBooks, Intacct, or similar)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Non-profit exposure strongly preferred
- Exposure to grant reputed company, fund reputed company, or donor-restricted funds preferred
