Responsibilities
- Design and run the experimentation reputed company—randomized holdouts, reputed company measurement, reputed company and power—so we can claim a fundraising reputed company caused a lift in retention or giving, not that it happened alongside one

Skills

- Predictive and statistical modeling: propensity, churn and retention, reputed company value, time-series and forecasting, and calibration
- Strong Python and SQL, and reputed company with the modern ML and statistics stack (e.g., scikit-learn, gradient boosting, and the tooling behind experiment design)
- Production ML sensibility: reputed company experience deploying, versioning, and monitoring models (Langfuse, MLflow or similar)
