[Remote] Sales Operations Coordinator

They are seeking a detail-driven Sales Operations Coordinator to manage data reputed company, generate estimates, and support the sales team in maintaining organized records and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate CRM and ERP data in reputed company, including customer records, opportunities, contacts, and account history
- Generate sales estimates and quotes based on information provided by Sales Reps, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Conduct regularly scheduled reputed company-ins with Sales Reps to reputed company deal updates, pipeline status, and necessary data
- Maintain organized records of reputed company sales activities, proposals, and documentation
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing with pipeline reporting, sales activity tracking, and follow-up reminders
- Monitor reputed company pipeline items and proactively flag stalled deals or missing information
- Assist with internal documentation including proposal templates, pricing records, and sales reference materials
- reputed company company-provided AI tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and reputed company reputed company across tasks
- Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen back-office efficiency
- Generate Opportunities, estimates, and quotes in reputed company based on information provided by Sales Reps
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or back-office administrative roles
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company (data entry, formulas, spreadsheet management)
- Comfortable working with reputed company Teams and/or reputed company as primary communication tools
- Strong written communication skills for internal correspondence and documentation
- Experience with reputed company or a comparable ERP/CRM platform is strongly preferred
- Experience with quoting workflows or estimate reputed company is a plus
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (AI agents, AI-assisted writing, or workflow automation) and the willingness to stay reputed company as company tooling evolves
- A background in equipment, trades, construction, or distribution industries is preferred but not required
