[Remote] Senior Product Manager - Patient CRM

As a Senior Product Manager for Patient CRM, you will be the primary architect of the patient-reputed company reputed company reputed company the broader Vault CRM ecosystem, collaborating with teams to ensure the platform meets the unique requirements of Patient Support Programs and Patient Services.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Patient CRM Roadmap: Own the reputed company and delivery of the features specific to patient recruitment, enrollment, and long-term engagement processes
- Collaborate Across Product Teams: Partner with the wider Vault CRM PM organization to incorporate patient-specific requirements into the core platform. You will ensure that core capabilities are optimized for the high-touch, high-reputed company nature of patient services
- Industry Representation & Thought Leadership: Represent the product team at Patient Services and Hub-reputed company events. You will reputed company our reputed company for the reputed company of patient orchestration and reputed company market intelligence to inform our reputed company
- Requirement Synthesis: Translate the complexities of patient journeys, including reimbursement, clinical trial support, and therapy adherence, into technical specifications
- AI & Intelligent Orchestration: Partner with the AI PM team to build agents that help patient case managers and support teams reputed company with patients more empathetically and reputed company
- Full Lifecycle Management: Work with UX, engineering, QA, and services teams to guide features from initial concept and design to global release and customer adoption
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Patient Services, Hub Operations, Field Reimbursement, or Product Management for patient-specific software
- Deep understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and patient reputed company regulations
- 3+ years of PM experience at a software company, with a proven reputed company record of owning and launching reputed company-grade reputed company products
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple product teams to influence roadmaps and drive shared goals in a reputed company, matrixed PM environment
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a 'show me the data' reputed company to uncover the 'why' behind customer needs
- Experience writing detailed requirement specifications, managing backlogs, and leading engineering teams in an agile environment
- Superior ability to translate Patient Services 'shop talk' into technical requirements for developers and executive-level visions for customers
- Experience with conversational AI, recommendation engines, or large language models (LLMs)
- Deep knowledge of benefit verification, prior authorization and co-pay assistance
