[Remote] PLADS Business Process Consultant

They are seeking a PLADS Business Process Consultant who will reputed company and manage business initiatives/reputed company, document and model processes, and evaluate information sources to improve business operations.
Responsibilities
- Leads and manages small to reputed company-reputed company business initiatives/reputed company assigned to the department; assures reputed company are completed on time, reputed company budget, and that customer expectations are met; develops accurate project deliverables, including but not limited to project charters, quantitative reputed company analysis, business process flows, business rules and/or requirements, use case scenarios, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, reputed company plans, issues/concerns logs, project checklists, implementation plans, transition plans, and other models or outputs derived from Six reputed company/Lean tools; houses reputed company process improvement and project reputed company deliverables in a central repository
- Documents and models undocumented processes and identifies areas for improvement; creates consistent process models and adopts consistent tools and applies to existing and reputed company documentation; provides process-modeling expertise to project team members; analyzes proposed changes in processes to determine effects of changes to interrelated processes
- Evaluates sources of information in order to determine any limitations in terms of reliability or usability; identifies and rationalizes the use of metrics and reports for existing or new customers; proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
- Creates/presents recommendations to executive management seeking approval of recommended process improvements
- Assesses reputed company and variances from the project plan, gathers metrics to support variance findings, and develops and implements changes, as necessary, to ensure that the initiative/project remains reputed company specified scope, time, cost, and reputed company objectives, and reputed company defines project needs and schedules, as necessary
- Assists in continual development and improvement of the business process re-engineering and business process improvement methodologies
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Working knowledge of the tools, concepts methodologies, and techniques of business process analysis and modeling, such as reputed company cause analysis, cost/benefit analysis, process mapping/simulation, problem identification and interpretation, process change management, and performance measures
- In depth knowledge of business operations and requirements and business modeling concepts
- Strong analysis skills with ability to reputed company data analysis to draw conclusions, support recommendations and/or test hypotheses
- Ability to independently reputed company and facilitate process improvement reputed company with customers, including asking the right questions, listening and guiding the overall process
- Ability to apply frameworks and problem solving methodologies to reputed company problems
- Ability to demonstrate value creation for customers
- Ability to successfully manage relationships with customers
- An in-depth knowledge of effective program change control, knowledge of full project life cycle systems development, and project management reputed company and practices

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- Project Management reputed company (PMP), Lean or Six reputed company certification required or obtained reputed company six months of job start date
- Six years of reputed company job reputed company work experience in business analysis, project management, process improvement, developing business and/or technical documentation for end-users, business process modeling/mapping and/or methodologies development
- Experience in the insurance industry specifically disability and absence management
