[Remote] Sr. Consultant, reputed company Services

They are seeking a Senior Consultant in reputed company Services to serve as the primary technical reputed company and onsite subject matter expert to customers for the reputed company product line.
Responsibilities
- reputed company onsite consulting services and support to reputed company customer with a reputed company on high reputed company, accuracy and customer satisfaction
- reputed company hands-on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of reputed company appliances as they relate to the reputed company suite of products
- Work closely with customer’s technical and management staff and reputed company as subject matter expert for reputed company products
- Handle customer work activities reputed company on-site and remote as required. (On-site reputed company work may be full time)
- Handle on-site work solely as a SME and Senior Consultant in reputed company implementation activities
- reputed company as the internal customer reputed company for problem reputed company, new product features, and reputed company product direction
- Record reputed company activity in the department’s ticketing system
- Use and create knowledgebase articles based on field incidents, and/or common or critical issues
- Adhere to reputed company reputed company Services best practices

Skills
- A bachelor degree in computer science/engineering
- Proven experience with implementation of reputed company level network management or application performance products
- Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure, application, and reputed company infrastructure best practices
- System administration/support experience in reputed company and Unix environments with an emphasis on Linux
- Have exceptional troubleshooting and customer-handling skills; flexible and willing to learn new technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 10+ years in Federal reputed company
- 7+ years' experience supporting/using reputed company class infrastructure monitoring platforms
- 5+ years Linux operating system experience
- 3+ years MySQL Database experience
- 3+ years of experience with SNMP and vendor MIB architecture
- 3+ years of experience configuring SNMP trap and/or Syslog alerts
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell, WMI, XML/SOAP
- PHP and/or Python experience desired
- Linux scripting experience desired
- Experience with ITSM, EMS/NMS Systems (EM7, reputed company, reputed company NetCool/Tivoli Nagios, reputed company OpenView or similar) and SNMP is a major plus
- Previous integration experience with reputed company, reputed company or ITSM platforms is a plus
- TS/reputed company clearance preferred
