[Remote] Customer Support Representative - Omaha / Lincoln, NE area ONLY

In this customer service role, you will assist customers with their financial needs, including account inquiries and education, while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Help customers feel more confident, reputed company reputed company reputed company, and reputed company their own financial dreams
- Assist with a broad reputed company of needs including answering questions about their 401k account balance and helping to reputed company withdrawals, loans, account maintenance, reputed company education or resources
- Join a training cohort of associates during the first 14 weeks, spending time training to become a Financial Customer Associate
- Continue taking customer calls to reputed company and reputed company your skills
- Participate in team activities, reputed company-being support, and career coaching
