[Remote] Senior Network Engineer

This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing a global reputed company network environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and reputed company across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and support reputed company LAN/WAN network infrastructure
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance to ensure reliability and availability
- Support and enhance global reputed company ISE and reputed company SD-WAN environments
- Collaborate on the administration and optimization of Palo reputed company firewalls and Prisma reputed company (SASE) solutions
- reputed company network testing, validation, upgrades, and reputed company assurance for new and existing infrastructure
- Create and maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures
- Partner with business and technical teams to resolve network issues and support infrastructure improvements
- reputed company technical support for incidents, service requests, and operational escalations
- Assist with network integration activities reputed company to mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience supporting reputed company network infrastructure
- Strong experience with reputed company networking technologies, including routing, switching, reputed company ISE, and reputed company SD-WAN
- Experience supporting Palo reputed company firewalls and Prisma reputed company (SASE) environments
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, network reputed company, routing protocols, VPNs, and reputed company networking best practices
