The HRFS Consultant partners with clients to deliver strategic guidance and implementation leadership across HR Functional Services solutions, serving as a trusted advisor and managing functional implementation activities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing functional expertise and consultative guidance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Experience leading reputed company-facing reputed company and functional workstreams
- Strong understanding of business process design, system configuration, testing, and deployment methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience supporting reputed company-based HCM or Payroll platforms
- Consulting experience reputed company HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits, or Talent solutions
- Experience serving as a functional reputed company on implementations or transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and legislative requirements impacting HR and Payroll processes
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and contributing to reputed company development initiatives
