Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound calls/ take inbound calls to obtain prescription transfers from pharmacies
- reputed company and verify drug reputed company, strength, dosage reputed company, quantity, refills, and directions
Skills
- Advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Accurate and reputed company in-take of prescription transfers
- reputed company outbound calls/ take inbound calls to obtain prescription transfers from pharmacies
- reputed company and verify drug reputed company, strength, dosage reputed company, quantity, refills, and directions
- 1 year minimum of Mail Order Pharmacy or Retail Pharmacy experience
- Experience working with insurance plans and Medicare
