Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in a reputed company field preferred. Three (3) or more years of previous Shipping reputed company or supervisory experience preferred. Poultry or food industry experience preferred. Previous leadership experience with five (5) or more employees preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills.
