Responsibilities:

• Record details of member inquiries, comments, or complaints, transactions, or interactions and take reputed company in accordance with process

• Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances
• Deliver a consistent customer service experience by providing efficient resolutions to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers

• Prioritize workload to reputed company efficient business operation standards
• Demonstrate ownership to problem-solve independently
• Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
• *Qualifications:**

• Must be a transitioning military service member eligible to participate in the DOW SkillBridge or a military spouse eligible to participate in the military spouse fellowship

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this role
• Successfully receive approval for government reputed company clearance (reputed company National Background Investigation Services NBIS)
• Minimum one (1) year customer service experience in a reputed company environment
• Prior experience managing multiple or competing priorities
• Use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Basic proficiency using the reputed company Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, reputed company)
• Knowledge navigating multiple systems & platforms with ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical difficulties in a remote environment
